Before founding Synthesis, Brad was Head of Global Pricing at American Express, Chief Pricing Leader at GE Corporate and ran pricing for key markets at Anheuser-Busch InBev.  He has been skip level to three exceptional CEOs:  Ken Chenault, Jeff Immelt and Carlos Brito.  Brad also brings a wealth of sales experience having led key account Sales teams and many global negotiations.  Brad is a pricing strategist who manages the challenges of execution to deliver significant and measurable pricing results.

Elizabeth Langwith
Managing Director

Elizabeth has extensive revenue management and B2B business strategy, sales and marketing experience.  Prior to joining Synthesis, Elizabeth spent over 20 years at American Express as head of Merchant Pricing for the Americas (U.S., Canada, Latin & South America), Vice President of Strategy & Business Development and Vice President, Small Merchant Acquisition.

Before consulting, she spent over 15 years at American Express leading sales development and bid management teams.  She has helped global sales organizations improve their bid management, sales effectiveness, compensation systems, and co-op marketing programs.  Karen's price/value strategy implementations extend across companies in multiple industries and stages of development.  She combines analytics, research and a pragmatic approach to improve client sales performance.
